BROTHERS SECURITY GROUP carries out security activities with its own car patrol teams on the territory of the city of Plovdiv and the region. Our security service with SOT provides the peace and safety of your home and belongings. Signals from all guarded properties with signal security equipment (SOT) are sent to the Operational Duty Center, with the operators in the center maintaining constant radio contact with the car patrol teams. It allows them to direct the response teams and to have necessary communication with the customers of the service.
The company has invested funds in automated systems for registration and control of the alarm signals and actions of the car patrol teams, in order to accurately fulfill contractual relations with our clients:
- Alarm signal monitoring system, data processing for received information;
- GPS system for the location and movement of car patrol teams;
- A system which records all calls in the Operations-on-duty center and the car patrol teams;
